The onsen was very nice. It was very large onsen, they also had an outside onsen, cold plunge, and a dry sauna. The onsen does look dirty but it's just all of the minerals from the hotspring. (The onsen is filled with water from a hot spring)

I really appreciate all the staffs in this superb hotel. My son lost his student card in the hotel, And the front desk staff always try their best to Solve our problems. Finally, they found it for me. Thank you so much. I would like to recommend this hotel for everybody.

The room is spacious which is very good for 4 people like us, there is Lawson opposite to the hotel, the hotel is not too far from the Beppu station. Easy to find. The staffs are very nice and try to help us.

Very good location closed to Beppu Station. This hotel is very old but renovated. Rooms were great. Onsen was fir due to crowded guests and quiet worn out facilities.

Love the hotel, the room, and especially the Onsen! It's very close to public transportation, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Definitely would stay here again!

great location with great staff with fluently in English breakfast and dinner is good. free parking. room for 4 is big.
